Screen won't work with my screen protector

I just bought a Samsung I760. I just got a screen protector and since putting it on, I can not choose anything on the touch screen. What screen protectors do you use that doesn't affect the screen like mine? I searched but could not find anything that gave brand names of screen protectors.
Please help as I want to save my screen but need suggestions from people that have successfully put one on that doesn't make the screen unusuable.

toucchscreen overlay needs to be flexible

The problem is that the overlay that senses when you press the screen is more flexible than the screen protector. I use a flip case with my treo, and I've tried screen protectors, they don't work especially well.
