transferring photos from Razr V3m that has broken display

Phone was crunched and display is a mess. Phone itself is usable to dial out and receive calls, but the directory (or anything else) is not able to be seen. Alltel store said they can transfer the directory contents to a new phone, but NOT the photos. We've tried to use the USB cable to the PC, but it needed drivers and my husband could not ever find one that would use Vista. Teenage daughter is devastated to lose her photos, can anybody help us? Thanks!!!

to get pictures off my Razr without eating air time sending them.

Without searching for drivers and doing stupid work arounds,the least stressful way you're goimg to do this is to get "Motorola Phone Tools Software" from Motorola for $35.It will do what you want and lots more.

It's available in download or CD and is Vista compatable.

Look for an open source alternative first. If motorola pulls support, you're goodly to go and lose your moolah.
