I have a MDA, should I upgrade to the wing?

I have a MDA, should I upgrade to the wing?

Ok, here is the deal:

-Im on my parents family plan, but Im ready to get my own account.

-I also have a MDA but I see there is a new phone called a Wing.

-Im also out of my contract with Tmobile

so Im wondering if I should upgrade and get the Wing (is it the best phone out there --for about the same price-- I would consider switching service providers)
I use my phone for a lot of internet, pretty much every day.
one problem with my MDA is I cant make it run flash (no youtube ect..)
I could never make flash lite work.
love the full size keyboard and the large screen
I love the external storage
and my MDA is getting beat up

So would I qualify for a "new custumer discount" on the phone because it will be a bill with my name on it, if I get my own account and off the family plan?

Is the Wing about the best that is out there?

really I want a nice phone I can use for Real Estate/bus ect...
that I could use the internet on (which phone has the best internet speed?)
has a large keypad like the MDA (I dislike the trio pads)
has external storage
has a large screen
has a long bat life

and IM getting a new contract so I figure I should get a new phone while I can at discount.
