need a phone

My very very old motorola is totally on the blink -- difficult to turn it on and it's not a battery issue; it's a button issue. Anyway, I need a GSM unlocked phone and just called AT & T and they said it's an issue to unlock it. I have no idea what kind of phone to get and where to get a GSM unlocked that's reliable and sturdy. I like the Nokia's but I don't know what anyone thinks about them in terms of their reliability and sturdiness nor where to get a good deal on one that's unlocked. any ideas?

try ebay - but be careful - you need a quadband phone... if you feel more comfortable buying from a store cti miami is good ...

u can try www.store.motorola.com for some unlocked GSM Motorola phones.

Danny,

If you really don't want to be banned, please reread the forum policies about excerpts and links. A link to the original should have been enough.

Moreover, for phones there's no real issue for scams (selling false Nokia's or LG's or Motorola's), so even the links about avoiding scams are off-topic, and might be deleted.

Keep on-topic and adhere to the rules.
