Cell phones forum: Problems Dialling Toll-Free Numbers

Local or 1 800 number service usually have call management features like call forwarding, call transfer, call routing, caller ID, call controller, call conference, internet fax and voicemail. If a call is unattended or unanswered it will either be rerouted or forwarded to a voicemail or fax. This way no calls are not missed.

Boston, MA I have been receiving reports from my customers and others who are AT&T Wireless subscribers that when they dial any NON-AT&T Toll Free Number they receive a dead air message and the call can not be completed. Has anyone received any complaints today ??
