2002 Jeep grand cherokee overheated

We replaced radiator now runs rough. so we took apart to check head gasket. Head gasket looks ok, so does that mean my head could be cracked. Also the water in the reservoir was bubbling. No water in the oil.

sounds like a cracked head to me. I just went through that myself.
