How do I add bluetooth to a 2008 Pontiac G6 convertible?

I have OnStar for hands free calling and they will be dropping Verizon Wireless in Jan 2012. All my friends are on Verizon so I don't want them to pay to talk to me or me to them. Therefore, I need to figure out how to add blue tooth in the car. I wear 1 hearing add so I didn't want a bluetooth device in my other ear. I knwo the newer cars offer bluetooth. Can I replace my OnStar mirror with one of the newer OnStar mirrors? Will that add blue tooth to my car? Any good suggestions?

Hi Thomas,

If you really want Bluetooth, the OnStar FMV mirror might be the way to go. The only thing to consider is that you will lose the remote features of OnStar that is embedded in your vehicle (Remote Door Unlock, Vehicle Diagnostics). You will still get all of the core safety and connectivity features though, like Automatic Crash Response, Roadside Assistance, Turn-by-Turn Navigation, and of course, Bluetooth.The FMV mirror is being offered for $100 off right now, too.
