2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee AC / Heat Doesnt Blow out

Hi, i have seen another thread similar to this, but i feel my problem may be a bit different, because 95% of the time when i turn my ac nob on, no air blows anywhere in my car, but we can see the vents move when i turn my nob adjusting where i want the air to come out of, and it seems the panel is responsive. Thank you very much for the help.

I had a similar problem with my 2003 jgc. I found a vacuum line that was disconnected in the engine compartment and that fixed it. It was on the drivers side of the engine.
