2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Stalls When Warm

We have a 2000 JGC and it runs great almost all the time; except for when the weather outside is warm or when it runs for a long period of time (gets good and warmed up). It doesn't matter if your are sitting idle or driving, it dies. It happens at stop lights, sometimes while driving down the road, it doesn't matter how full the tank is, it doesn't matter how fast or slow you are going, or if you're going at all, it still happens. It never happens when it is really cold outside or when you haven't been driving it for long. There are no error codes. I really need to get it fixed. Anybody out there have any ideas?
