98 Grand Cherokee..... running rough

We have a 98 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0. The vehicle was just perfect has only 60k miles.
When started cold, or after it sits for about 20 minutes hot, and is restarted, the idle rolls high and low to a point where it almost stalls, which it has a few times. Once it clears up, it runs fine.
If it is started cold, or again hot after sitting, and you attempt to drive, the engine just seems to cut out, and will pop back thru the air-box. It will not completely stall, but loose all power, then run fine.
So far we have done a complete tune up, fuel pump, battery, idle control switch, map sensor, coolant temp sensor, cam sensor, coil, crank sensor. It does not throw any codes, and runs fine after it's little hissy fit.
Any ideas, sugguestions would be greatly appreciated

Any news on this problem? My 98 Jeep grand cherokee is doing the exact same thing. I found that turning the key off and on while its happening clears the problem but obviously I'd still like to know the cause.

Can anyone help us my 98 cherokee is doing the same thing, I have done complete tune-up, ran lucas fuel injector cleaner through, checked fuel pressure (another forum said it was my fuel pump) and cleaned the throttle body and replaced the TPS. My next move is to change the idle air motor/valve?

change your air fillter clean out the air box and tube remove throdel body clean it very well with TB cleaner not carb cleaner buy Map sensor cleaner $7.00 clean map sensor..
with the throdel body off clean the intake as well as you can. also replace the air intake
sensor its only $19 very easy to do all of this it makes a huge improvement.
