what is wrong with the convergence lines on my hitachi magic

I have a 57F710G rear projection hitachi t.v that I just installed a repaired UE24592 signal block assm to correct a problem with the H.D channels. I got the manual focus adjusted but my problem is the white convergence lines themselves are wavy at the bottom of the screen. this causes any letters at the bottom of the screen to look as if they are on a roller coaster as they go across the screen. Any ideas on how to get the white lines straight ?

This is the Community Poll forum and isn't visited much.

I suggest you re-post in one of the other forums, perhaps the Multimedia forum or one of the forums in the Electronics group.
