ULEAD PhotoImpact 6 wont start

My computer (win7) did allow this program to work but now does not boot up when I click, tried opening "as Admin" but no, program works on another computer with win7, originally installed on win98, scanned computer with 3 different anti programs,CC Cleaner/Spybot/Malware bites, have removed and reloaded, any suggestions?

Recent Microsoft Security patches are breaking old apps.

As Microsoft finally closes the security holes some Windows 98 apps will break. You have choices to make such as figuring out which patch it was or moving on. If you elect to not patch the OS, you accept that some rogue malware will be sure to take advantage of it now that everyone knows the issue.
