Looking for a good starter Green Screen software

My 12 yr old son is interested in making videos and would like a small green screen and software for Christmas. Does anyone know of a program that is good for a beginner home user that won't break my budget? Thanks!

It's all about green screen photography and video making. Not too expensive and they provide everything you need.
