CNET Reviews web page design

First, I want to say I've used CNET reviews of software for several years. I greatly appreciate CNET in so many areas, but especially for their posting of reviews. Reading those reviews has probably saved me countless hours of headache in not installing software that wouldn't work well for me.
That said, I just finished leaving a review for AVG 2013. The page that I was on was specific to AVG 2013. When I first went to post the review, I noticed that it had a 4 1/2 star rating and it stated that 960 people had voted.

When I finished my review, I was curious as to why so many people had left such a good review of this edition of AVG. What I found was they had NOT. I was the second person to review AVG 2013. CNET had place at the top of the page, that was specific to AVG 2013, the overall rating for ALL versions of AVG. This is misleading, especially, when the page was specific to AVG 2013. Had the rating been specific to AVG 2013, it would have had a rating of one star and showing 2 people writing reviews, NOT 960 writing reviews with a four and half star rating.
It would be really like to see CNET reviews star rating be specific to the edition that's showing the review at the top of the page. To do as CNET currently has it, is extremely misleading for people. In the future, I'm going to be very cautious about looking to the bottom of the page to see how many actually reviewed the edition of whatever software I'm interested in installing.
