Handbrake Subs

Hi there.
Does any one here use handbrake to mount subs into mp4 files?

I use .srt files, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, and my question is, why does it only work sometimes?
Is there something special i should look for when i download .srt files? Or am i doing something wrong in handbrake?

You would be better off posting this in the forum that deals with your Operating Sytem, Windows or Mac.
