CNET Watch Software List Not Working

Hi folks,

I was not sure where to go to get some answer and help to this problem that I am experiencing.

I am sure you folks have used the CNET Download feature to Track one of your favorite Software! So, you log in and say "Add" to my "Watch List". Well, for some reason I can NOT do that with one Software. So, here are my Qs and my problem(s) ...

Q1: Is there a limit to how many Software can be placed on my "Watch List"? Say 5 or 10, or 15 ... etc.?

Q2: How can I see is on Watch List?
There is NOT a Standard way of accessing my list ... I stumble on my list by accident each time!?!? There should be a way that I can go to my "Control Panel" and look at My Watch List or My Favorite Forum Threads that I am posting on or Tracking.

Q3: Why am I being dropped out ... after my "Initial Log In"?
It seems I have to Sign In each time I am going from one page to another!!!

Would Appreciate Any Help!

Watch List Answers...

A1: There is no limit, so you can "watch" as may as you like for as long as you like.

A2: You can actually access your Cnet Control Panel, of sorts, at any time while logged in by clicking on your username (which links to http://www.cnet.com/profile) in the top right corner of any Cnet-branded site. Download Watch List is the one you'd want in this case.

A3: That is likely an issue with your browser, security software, or privacy software blocking/deleting cookies or blocking Javascript to some extent. *.cnet.com, *.com.com, and *.facebook.com are all required to be unrestricted (do not block or delete scripts or cookies from them) for the login process and subsequent content to load correctly.
