We're not RCA Victor. We're CNET.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RCA_Records shows it's part of Sony. So better contact your local Sony office. They should know how to proceed.

Could be difficult

Since RCA no longer exists as a separate entity it could be difficult tracking down who holds the copyright for the songs they produced.

Have a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RCA to see what I mean.

It seems that the RCA Trademark is now owned by Tehnicolor SA; http://www.technicolor.com/en/hi/about-technicolor/legal

And RCA Music Group is now owned by Sony Music Entertainment, although there is still an RCA Music web site at http://www.rcarecords.com/ but that seems to offer little help.

I do see a Contact Us page there at http://www.sonymusic.com/page/contact-us

And perhaps more useful, if you read their Privacy Page at http://www.sonymusic.com/terms-and-conditions you will see an address of their "Designated Agent" at the bottom of the page where all Copyright issues should be sent. There's a telephone number there as well. This Designated Agent apparently deals with copyright claims 'against' Sony, but he may well be able to put you on the right track.

Good luck. I think it's going to be a difficult path.
