I just signed up for 360 share pro through the music members area, and the same thing happened to me. I contacted them, and the following is our correspondence. Caveat Emptor! Oh, and start at the bottom.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimbourse you in full as the processing and handling fee of $14.95 was outlined in the sign-up process in the Terms and Conditions. Ok, I am now seriously irate at the level of ambiguity concerning your refund language. In a previous e-mail I asked if my refund includes the "non-refundable" 14.95, because that's the way you make it sound when you say, "this includes the non-refundable $14.95." The response I got was,"Regarding processing fee you are quite right. We can canceal your account so in accordance with the 7 day refund policy in the "Terms and Conditions" which you agreed with when you signed up the membership. This includes the non-refundable 14.95 USD fee that is kept to cover the costs of processing and handling."
Basically, I asked if my refund was IN FULL, and you said I WAS QUITE RIGHT. Now I get an e-mail that says my refund is a whopping 2.93! This is clearly an intentional manipulation of words to screw people out of money, and I have never been so disgusted with a company. I paid $15 for a crappy site that gave me no songs and didn't ever work! I have very intention of e-mailing EVERY ONE I KNOW and telling them what a scam you're running. UNless of course, you give me a FULL REFUND. not a measly $2.93. Based on the practical worthlessness of your site, I can understand why you find it necessary to con people out of money.

We apologize if you are having difficulties with the program you obtained through your membership. We are currently experiencing issues with 360share pro, and we do expect to have these issues resolved promptly.
Please follow these steps to get started with our featured program:
1. Go to start and then choose run.
2. In the text box, type in control panel and press ok.
3. Then double-click on the add or remove programs icon.
4. After the list populates, click on 360Share Pro and click on change or remove button. This will uninstall 360Share Pro. Follow the uninstall instructions.
5. Go to My Computer
6. Double click on Local Disk C:\ (which is your hard drive)
7. Double click on Program Files
8. If you see a folder called 360Share Pro, please delete it
9. Now click on this link to install the alternative program: http://www.themusicsmembersarea.com/downloads/installpro.exe
10. During the installation if you receive any message from your firewall, you MUST choose accept or allow or permit to grant access to Limewire.
Once Limewire is installed, please check on your desktop for an icon that says, "LimeWire 4.12.6". By double clicking on "LimeWire 4.12.6" you will have access to a search section that will allow you to download your desired content. Once Limewire is open, click on the search tab which is located at the top-left corner. There are options to search for AUDIO, VIDEO, ANY TYPE, DOCUMENTS, IMAGES, and PROGRAMS. Please click on the search option that best matches your desired search.
IMPORTANT: If you get any message in LimeWire about upgrade, please disregard it by simply clicking on "Later" button.
When you get your search results, try downloading files with 3-4 circles in the 'quality' column. Also, try downloading files from 2 or above in the '#' column.
Lastly, from 5 - 10 pm Eastern there is higher traffic on the internet and you will experience faster downloads and more search results. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Your response to my refund question is somewhat ambiguous. Am I to understand that my refund will include the "non-refundable" 14.95? That doesn't really make sense, but that's how it sounds. Also, my big problems with this program are the fact that only about 10% of the songs I try to download are coming through, and just recently everytime I try to search, a window comes up saying that "360 pro is currently connecting to the intenet. Your search may not return many results until you are fully connected to the internet." well, I am connected to the internet, and no other program is having a problem similar to this. If you can fix these issues soon, I'll have no problem remaining a customer. thanks

1) We can offer you Limewire, the greatest file downloading software that is superior to WinMX, Bear Share, Morpheus, Ares, eDonkey, etc. This program gives you the capability to locate millions of downloadable video and audio files. Within Limewire, there are options to filter searches by AUDIO, VIDEO, DOCUMENTS, IMAGES, and PROGRAMS. You may use the search option that best matches your desired search.
2) We can adjust your account type at no additional cost so that you can transfer audio and video files directly to your ipod or mp3 player. We can also provide CD and DVD burning software.
3) We can offer you a downloading program called uTorrent which specializes in bulk file downloading. uTorrent can be used to download audio, video, and program files 1GB+ in size that are updated on a daily basis.
In order to efficiently assess the situation, we need additional information. Please let us know your operating system (Windows XP, Windows 2000, Mac), internet type (high speed, cable, DSL, dial-up, wireless), any antivirus/firewall protection (Norton, McAfee, Zone-alarm, AOL), and any errors or messages you may have gotten.
