Error 4310 when burning CD's

Let's see if you can help me out with this one. I have a situation here. My wife and I tried to burn some music to a CD using iTunes. The songs were recently purchased from the iTunes Music store. The problem that we are having is while the playlist is in the process of burning it'll stop the process after about a minute and a pop-up box shows up saying "The attempt to burn disc failed. An unknown error occurred (4310)." What's going on and what can I do about it? It doesn't happen when we burn CD's from music not purchased from the iTunes Music Store. Please help. Thanks everybody.
