Ultra HD TV???????

Whats the difference between 4K and ultra hd TV? What content is available for 4K? And I currently have a 10 mbps connection, is that enought o stream 4k content in the future?

There is quite a lot of info on 4K tech itself but 4k tv and ultra hd tv are one of the same.

These are two excellent articles that explain each.

And your 10 mbps isn't fast enough to support 4K streaming. I believe only google fiber can support 4k streaming (its only available in one location though).

It is years out, 5-8 years we will see 4k PJ's and a few limited Pro high end 4k tv's. We will see OLED tv's well before 4k is fully out. There has to be a new HDMI format also.
For content, only in master copies for movies. 35mm film is downgraded for 1080p format, "big budget" movies (and some documentaries) are being recorded in 4k digital some 8k for IMAX. Then there is the issue of getting that 4k movie to a 4k tv. Forget streaming in the US for 20 years plus, with ISP bandwidth limits and the out dated backbone. Blu Ray will not cut it, new in-coding and a new media, either disk, USB stick or SD card.
