Dish Receiver to Projector DVI

Hello! I have a BenQ SP830 home entertainment projector. I have Dish Network and our receiver is on the main floor. The installer hooked a coax cable to our basement where our projector is. Unfortunately, the projector doesn't have an input for the coax cable. I have a HDMI to DVI adapter for the DVI input in the projector. Are there any devices that can connect the coax cable to the HDMI format so I can connect my Dish receiver to the DVI input in the projector? Thank you.

Since COAX is usually for encoded content such as antennas or standard definition any use of that would be either subpar or expensive. How about a Wireless HDMI transmitter on one floor (on the floor) and just below that the HDMI receiver on the ceiling? Then you can get about 50 foot of HDMI or less to the projector.
