LG Hdtv input problems

After viewing my LG smart tv 42" led tv, I have it on HDMI 1 after my viewing of the direct tv recevier. The receiver is connected to HDMI 1.I power off the tv and go to sleep or leave the room. When I turn on the set, it reverts to Antenna one, but it is not being used. The Direct tv receiver does not have an antenna output so I use HDMI 1 as the source of the satellite feed to the LG smart tv. Thanks for any help out there.

The more details you provide, the better. Also include which DirecTV box you have.
