RCA 32" LED TV Issue with sound???

Hello

I have a brand new TV and having issues with sound on 2 channels. I am using standard TV cables and everything else works well. on these channels I can hear the volume at the programmed level for second, after it drops to zero then it pop backs up to the original programmed level. I have a second TV from a different brand and it is working fine during the same time. I believe it is the TV but cant isolate the issue. anyone have any thoughts?

Is this Over The Air (OTA)? I've noticed that folk are often mystified by OTA oddities like this.
