One HDMI - 2TVs

We only watch Internet TV and now have 2tvs, one Acer desktop. 1 TV is hooked up directly to the computer with an HDMI cable. The other is in a room nearby. We ran an HDMI cable through the wall to plug into the computer but alas, now we see here is only one HDMI plug in the back of the computer.

We have been looking at HDMI splitters but have some questions as they range greatly in price. For instance, do we want one that specifies 1080 or does that matter?

Here, the splitters run about 25 bucks.
