If you look at the samsung documentation it does not write that all MP4 encodings are supported. Your MP4 must be encoded in something this model understands or it does not play.

It's that simple.

Some call it a fault, I call it a limitation. I do not know if most consumers will put up with re-encoding content but it's done a lot, discussed a lot and why can't I tell you how to encode this? Because I've done this before and since each model changes I can't test for models out of my reach so I can't be exact in what to encode to.

YOU get to try other encodings and then my advice is "go with what works."

--> Look up HANDBRAKE and try it's iPad setting next.
