searcing for an easy-to-use video software for editing

Hello people!

I have never used any video softwares because I didn't need to. I am a beginner in this section.
I am searcing for a video editing program which I can cut little parts out from a movie with. I need to cut little scenes out and put them together.
Can you please help me with this?
