help with samsung ht z512

My samsung ht z512 has a blown main fuse. When i put a new fuse and plug it in it blows thw fuse again. I am trying to remove the disc tray to find the short but i have problems removing the faceplate of the tray so i can get it out of the box. Can somebody help?

Try a Repair forum.

Sometimes you see repair discussions in AVSFORUM.

But here I rarely see such and while I see generic advice it appears you are new to electronics repair. That is, you may want someone to fix it for you, even if by remote control.
