color patches on samsung LCD

I am having samsung 32" LCD since last 3 years. But since few days back when i am changing from one channel to another, instead of getting blue color screen, i am getting somewhat orange color screen and getting orange/ red color patches on the picture too. What might be the problem.??

Clarification request: Does it get to the channel?

Some consumers dislike what shows from the time of the channel change to when the channel shows up. I think they should be a consumer and return the products until they get what they want.

It could be a result of the new firmware but the story is a little short.
