Reliable 1/4" in stereo male to 1/8" stereo female adapter?

I recently got an onkyo receiver and it has a 1/4th inch audio jack.

I need to convert, split and extend this audio out port to connect more than one headphone.

I looked on amazon and found that there seem to be no reliable adapters, cables and splitters.
Even higher priced Belkin cables/splitters have horrible reviews.

Do you guys know any reliable adapters, cables and splitters?

Note: I realize adding a splitter will reduce audio output.

But I hear you loud and clear. You want better. If you go to amazon, use your Prime status and you'll have trouble free returns on the Prime products.

So no, I can't write any are "reliable" but most work fine.

Adapter/splitter

You could try Radio Shack, they have a multitude of adapters for almost any application. I know what you're looking for, I have a half dozen floating around my system myself. A standard headphone jack (1/4) needs a male plug (stereo) to a mini jack (1/8) and a splitter to plug in two headphones. If you have a nearby Fry's Electronics, they would be much cheaper.
