Samsung Surround Air Track HW E350

Even after reading all of the negative reviews, I still went ahead and purchased the Samsung Air Track Sound Bar. The sound is "better" then that from my TV .. but I have NO base from the wireless sub woofer. It is linked, I checked that ... but there is no base .. period.

Any suggestions?

Sorry ... I had stated it was model HW E350 .. but is in fact the HW E450.
