Samsung Be Ashamed - VG-KBD1000 Wireless Keyboard

6 weeks ago I bought a brand new D6530 series 6 smart 3d full hd led tv. I specifically paid a little more than I wanted to ideally to get Smart TV and try to future proof my purchase so that I would get all the future Smart TV OS updates as per all the marketing stuff from Samsung.

Imagine my horror when only a few weeks later Samsung release the VG-KBD1000 wireless keyboard exactly what I need to improve my web browser experience but they only provide this for 2012 smart TV models and not via a general update to Smart TV OS for all models.

So I paid they extra and the very first update I want they deliberately exclude all other smart TV models from the Smart TV OS update.

And before anyone asks yes I realise I have to buy the wireless keyboard and yes I'm fine with that.

How low is that? To deliberately exclude older Smart TV's from this Smart TV OS update.

Samsung should be ashamed. It goes against everything they say about Smart TV.

In your other post you wrote something about "the promises in Samsungs marketing".

I didn't find such a promise. I do read something about apps but that area has found some very upset over say Netflix's ability to get everything working as well as on other platforms.
