Playback VHS tape on Samsung 2333HD TV monitor

No vidoe input (Yellow RCA slot) on rear of TV monitor.
Checked connections for Component - all ok, checked HDMI ok. Am connected with 3 Component cables (green, blue, and red) from DVD/ VCR combo to TV. Also connected HDMI from DVD/VCR to TV. Also have audio RCA cables (red and white) connected from DVD/VCR to TV. No slot for a yellow RCA cable on back of TV. So how do I get a picture for VHS playback?

they are more expensive than a vcr. So this might be less expansive; Good luck.

...whether or not it requires you to select a connection type in the menus? Probably not but worth checking.

I own this model and connect up to the Y input.

It's not color but it worked.

This is not a SD (standard definition) TV. That's why.

Keep in mind this is really a LCD computer monitor...

...with the Tuner bolted on. But more and more of even full fledged HDTVs lack analog inputs of late.

It doesn't include RCA because it already has Antenna input (coax) for that. Primary use isnt' for connecting a combo VCR.

I'm losing count of folk that wanted a headphone jack and were upset at others for not checking such a thing before they bought one.
