What will be the next TV model after OLED TV? Will LG Electronics, Samsung, Sony or Panasonic, make a shift from OLED to something like Solar energy TV? I guess the technology is possible but I am certain that the price may be way greater than that of OLED TV which is yet to be released. However, solar energy TV may gain market since many are concern about the environment.

I don't think solar energy TV would be way better than OLED TV even though none of them has been released. Why am saying so is because LG, Samsung and other TV industries have invested a lot in their respective OLED technology in order to produce something magnificent. LG in particular is living no stone unturned I guess, to make sure that its OLED TV is distinct from the others just like Samsung as well. So everyone is focus on OLED TV for now.

All that I can say about ECO-TV is that the idea is already there for TV industries like LG and may be Samsung. I've read so many blogs talking about LG's ECO-TV and this link seems to give a better picture of what LG thinks about ECO-TVs (http://stuffaboutgames-dave.blogspot.com/2012/02/eco-tv.html).

You never can tell because with the public concern about global warming heated up, and couple with say a smart campaign carried out by LG Company or whichever company on how efficient the eco-tv is, I believe the eco-TV sales will increase and demand will outstrip supply for a time. If that is the case then may be LG eco TV or any other eco TV will become the best selling tv in the world.
