Need new wireless tv headphones

I'm trying to find some wireless TV headphones for my grandfather. He has some currently, that are falling apart, that are plugged into the audio out on the satellite box with the RCA (yellow, red, and white). He wants to plug it directly into the TV as he just got a DVD player. There is only one audio out outlet on the TV and it's a digital audio out. Are there any wireless headphones that plug into the TV using a digital audio cable/plug?

I hope someone proves me wrong.

For now we get some digital to analog box like http://www.amazon.com/Digital-Optical-Toslink-Analog-Converter/dp/B004C4WPXA and then the usual headphones plug in there.

There may be other brands if you require wireless with digital optical out without a converter as Bob has suggested. I'd start looking through Amazon & froogle for ideas/prices. AVS forum is another place for good recommendations as such. The burning question is whether the below wireless headphones would be more expensive than (converter + wireless headphones). YMMV.

I know turtle beach makes some for Xbox, but I'm not sure if that's some sort of proprietary system. I have seen them on special at places like fatwallet.com & slickdeals.net. Those two sites are worth bookmarking for future reference IME and O.
