Samsung HT 5210 C 3D Surround System

I cannot locate any reviews for the Samsung HT 5210 C 3D surround system sold both at Costco and Sam's Club. I am wondering about component models, which are not listed on any informational sheet, and if it is a quality system or just an entry level cheapo ($339.99)

I currently utilize the Samsung 3D DVD model 6900 with a Samsung UN8000C 3 D TV and don't want to take a step backward to get surround sound.

I bough tone of these systems last week at sams and it didn't work right. I returned it for another. It worked fine for a couple days and now has no signal from the hdmi. So I would not recomend it.
