Help choosing Receiver/Preamp to use with powered speakers

Here is my current situation. I have some very loud Behringer active speakers, that I think sound great. They have 1/4" inputs, as well as XLR inputs. For audio sources, I have a macbook, an iPad 1, an old iPod, and an LCD TV with red and white RCA outputs. I am trying to connect all of these sources to some device, and then have that device output the sound to my speakers. I realize that most home theater systems use unpowered speakers and that this is not ideal, but this is the current situation I am in. The other part is, while the TV and iPod will connect using an RCA cable, I would like the macbook and iPad to connect wirelessly. I have found several bluetooth adapters that connect with standard RCA cables, but I am worried about audio quality. Is there a better way to go than bluetooth? Lastly, I would like the receiver/preamp/whatever device I need to have to have a remote, so I could control it with my universal remote. It would be great if it could be controlled with the iPad.I know this is a lot but any help is appreciated! Thank you!
PS. If this just isn't possible I would be willing to get rid of my Behringer speakers. Feel free to recommend a good complete 2.1 system that still gets to a pretty decent volume and sounds good. Thanks!
