Need 75 ft coaxial cable for internet. What's the best kind?

Short version: I need to extend my current coaxial from my modem by about 60ft, what type of cable should I buy so that I don't experience a slower internet connection?
Full story: We need to move the room that our internet modem is in because my wife and I are expecting in April, and she wants the current computer room to be a baby room.
We rent a basement from our landlady who lives upstairs, and the home is pretty old. There are no cable outlets anywhere, it's currently rigged where someone before us drilled a small hole between the edge of a window frame and the foundation and then re-caulked it and thats where the external wire comes in and connects to a modem. Comcast said they aren't allowed to drill through foundation like that anymore, and I'm not comfortable (even if I had permission from landlady) attempting the same set-up through the other room's window on my own.
So, basically, I'm considering just getting a long, 50-75ft coaxial and running it along the ceiling with tacks into the new room. What is the best type of cable to purchase for this purpose in terms of most negligible signal degradation?
It just connects to a modem for internet.. we don't have cable television. I already have a wireless router that we use with laptops, ipods, etc., and while I have a wireless card in my desktop PC, I want the physical connection so I can enjoy the full speed I pay for and not lose a bunch of it.
