LCD Television Powers On, But No Sound or Picture

Hey, I need some advice. I have a 46'' Curtis LCD Television. The television powers on (red to green indicator light) but I have no sound or picture. There are no weird odors or sounds. The unit from the back sounds like it is functioning.

Have no user serviceable parts. I looked at Sam's Photofacts and there is no service manual there so call up the place who sold it if there is no service number and see where they repair these units.
