Thank you.
No, I use normal Maxell CD-R Music. I wasn't even aware about TEXT.
My manual (from 2003) do not mention anything about this (just on page 7, that it will play disc with the logos "Digital Audio" or "Digital Audio-TEXT" in both deck A and B).
But again, I use normal Maxell CD-R Music. 80 min. 700 MB "For use in CD-R audio recorders and CD-R computer drives." And I tried also Memorex (not Fuji as I claim in the post).
But I know now it is not the disc but the unit.
And I guess no solution has been found. Why does Sony make a device that doesn't work ? I mean I can play it in this unit but :
1) it is limited: what if I want to play it in another CD player or in my computer ?
2) what happens once the unit dies, which it will eventually ? All the CD's that I made will be worthless (so far I made only 12 CD's before I realized this problem).
>Reading the comments here and elsewhere I see that others found this to be a problem too.
Elsewhere ? Where ? I'm curious to see it.
Thank You.
