Panasonic 50PZ800U Plasma question

Hello, I read CNET all the time but a first time forum user.
I just purchased a the panasonic 50pz800u plasma and had a question about the picture quality.
Is it normal to see pixel squares (motion blur perhaps) in an HD broadcast? Tonight I saw 'Charlies Angels' in HD 1080i via my HD cable box. The picture was great, details were great! But, during some scenes, a portion of the scene pixelates (if thats the right term??) It seems to happen mostly when the camera is moving fast and not an object moving fast. Meaning, someone can run around fast and the picture will be fine, but if the actual camera quickly moves left to right, for example, I get that blur.
I also watched 'Mission Impossible 3' on my DVD at 480i via component connections. While the picture isnt as good as the HD movie, it doesnt have that problem of bluring when the camera moves fast.
I thought motion blur primarily happened on LCD's and not as much on plasmas. And this model got such great reviews, I assumed I really wouldnt see it much. Might this be a problem with my television or am I being too picky? Do I need a plasma like a $5000 Pioneer to avoid this type of issue?
I would appreciate any and all feedback on my issue.
Thanks,
Ed
