Full RGB and Super White on PS3?

What are the "Full RGB" and "Super White" features in the Display Menu on my PS3? I have the Pioneer PDP-5080 HDTV and was wondering if I should have these settings turned on.

I noticed that the RGB setting was on "Limited" by default. Does my TV support the "Full" setting (if it's better to have on)? What would it do? Do I have to change any setting on my TV afterward?

How do I find out if my Television supports "Super White" (whatever that is)?

turn them on. If your TV supports the features it will improve the picture quality. If it doesn't, it will not hurt your PQ.

...of course I could have just turned them on but can't tell what it's actually doing. If it makes the screen darker do I have to re-adjust my calibrated TV?

Is it better to have them on?

I have a very budget LCD, and turning Full RGB on significantly deepens the blacks. I can only imagine what it would do for a big boy TV.

test your TV to be sure

You can download test & calibration video from http://www.filejumbo.com/Download/AB091EEF36A015F8
load it to your PS3(use usb key) and play it. It will show you is your TV support full RGB or not.
