Which Sony LCD would you prefer to have?

Hi, I'm looking for getting a new 40 inch Tv and theres 2 products that caught my eye. KDL-40XBR3 & KDL-40XBR4, i'm not a professional user so i can only rely on is my eye. I see good ratings and reviews about KDL-40XBR3 but the KDL-40XBR4 has more specs into it with not as good ratings as XBR3, why is that?

Anyways, i'd just want to get one for gaming and halfly watching, hope your replies will help me make up my mind to decide which one will fit best for me, Thanks.

I purchased a Sony 40XBR4 last month. I highly recommend this set.
