MP3 players forum: qq tech mp3

qq tech mp3

i have a qq tech mp3 player. of course there is no customer support number. i am relying on yall to help me. my laptop does not recognize my mp3 player but up undr the usb it says its read to use. but up under the media player i go to sync device and there nothig there even though the mp3 player is hooked up any answers ??

If it's not working you return it for something that does.

But I've encountered many no-names with bad USB cables. So if you have another cable, try it.

I wouldn't pick that brand

If you don't need the waterproof feature of this model, I would definitely choose a brand with support. The end user reviews seem tepid at best. For the next one maybe find a Sandisk refurbished model (decent value) with easy to use features/compatibility with a PC.

Also make certain you get a model with an external memory (microSD) card slot. This makes transferring songs to and from easier. And even if the PC doesn't recognize the MP3 device, it will usually still recognize an external card via the built in SD card reader (& supplied adapter).
