best sounding with an EQ?

i've been thinking of getting either a rocoo p or a colorfly c3 player as they are supposed to have really good sound.
however they don't seem to have proper EQs, or if they do they are very basic and useless.
so what is the best sounding mp3 player that does have a good EQ and not just settings like 'rock', 'dance', etc?
no more than $200.

I have one of those Android MP3 players that I can add the Equalizer such as you read at http://www.androidauthority.com/best-sound-audio-equalizer-apps-android-103890/

But I find some folk are wanting to be an audiophile and put a full 7.1 SACD or such system into 2 ounces. You know to nod and move away.
