Any mp3 without video and radio?

Any leads to a good audio quality mp3 that does not have video and does not have radio capabilities? (yes, old fashioned) Also, it would be best if it went up to 12,000 Hz. I need this info ASAP. T/Y.

I found the audio quality of most things to be fine once I replaced the awful earbuds these things come with.

So why not try the usual players and ignore the video and radio but use better earphones?

Or is this some plea that you had hopes for a cheaper player because it didn't have that?
