Mp3 player help

I have recently purchased a Sylvania smp4200 4gb mp3 player. It is just a cheap basic mp3 player. My question is does anyone know how to turn shuffle on/off and such. There is no screen and I do have the manual, but it has absolutely no instructions for how to use these functions(shuffle, repeat, etc.) and I have somehow accidentally set it to shuffle and can not turn that off. It is driving me crazy. I have wiped it and re-loaded it with new music to no avail. I am ready to take a hammer to it, I am so frustrated with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for the link. It is vague but I think I get the idea. Hopefully it will work. The only thing that sucks(not really a big deal though) is that I have so much music loaded on it right now. I think I will just wipe it and add maybe one short album and try it. Thanks again. It was driving me crazy

The manual notes a short press of the play button and a long press but it appears there's a time period inbetween?
