Please recommend an PMP/MP3 player (that's not an IPOD)

Please can you assist in my long and so far highly unsuccessful search for a new PMP/MP3 player. Below is the specifications I'm after, but from what I've seen the most important is that the player has to be Windows 7 64bit compatible (I understand the Cowon Z2 is not?).
Location: United Kingdom
Capacity: 32GB+ (ideally with an expansion slot for a microSD card). Or to be honest it might need to be 64GB without an expansion slot.
Budget: Maximum cost would be £250.
Use: It'll be used for pretty much everything. Commuting, taking on holiday... essentially a media centre for on the move. It'll need to be able to connect to an FM transmitter device for use in the car as well.
Type/Design: MP3 player/PMP/Small tablet. I'd like to contain all my music and my video files. However I'd like to fit into my coat pocket for when I'm on the move so a 10" tablet would be to large.
Features: Features I'm not that fussed about really. My music is all mp3 and my video files tend to be mp4. A good audio sound is the number 1 feature.
Display: A high quality display would be good for the video files. I think the Samsung 5.8 size would be the largest size as anything bigger wouldn't be convenient to carry out and about.
UI/Controls: Touch screen interface.
Battery life: A decent battery life would be good. If it can be charged by mains as well as USB that would be a great bonus!
The main problem I'm coming across is a lack of players is their compatibility with Windows 7 64 bit machines. This is a must as that's what my laptop is.
Any information would be greatly appreciated folks!!
