Samsung YP-RO Mp3 player problem!

I have a Samsung YP-RO (16gb) version mp3 player which has been working perfectly until suddenly a skin appeared in the shape of leaves. The skin covers the whole of the screen and makes it impossible to see any files or play any videos. I have tried numerous times to get rid of it only to delete everything I had on there.
I can reload but it would be useless unless I can remove the skin.
Can anyone help me PLEASE????????

That sounds like a cracked LCD.
