Non-noise canceling earbuds please

I am looking for earbuds that are not noise canceling. I run outside and walk from place to place a lot and want to be able to hear my surroundings, like cars, for safety. I would prefer earbuds or around the ear earbuds. I would like them around or under $100

since I don't like to block all the sound out is I cut one line off and just use one ear.

I got tired of the earbud wires getting caught on everything so I went with wireless earbuds. Sony makes some nice ones and they come with a bluetooth adapter if you don't have one on your phone. It's pretty easy to link up to your phone. here's a tutorial How to Make Wireless Earbuds
