Need help with Transcend Mp330 player

Hi, I have been using transcend MP330 player for an year in my windows 7 pc. The player had been detected as an ordinary flash drive with a folder 'songs' visible in it. But suddenly one day, when I plugged my player in, system displayed 'new hardware found' and now it is detected as a 'music player' and I cannot see my 'songs' folder. I cannot access any song file in it and cannot copy to that also. Please somebody help me in this....

Hi, I just saw this...and I just started having the same problem today...I have an mp330 player too..transcend..and it started doing the same thing today, that you described above.
Did you find a solution to it?

Same problem here. Devise is recognised but the folders not

I bought it (Transcend MP330 8 GB) less than a month ago and suddenly coomputer with windows XP or Windows 7 is not reading from it at all. MP3 player is working fine with whatever contents it has as on now.

Finally resolved after reformatting

I went to Control Panel > System And Security > Device manager > select the usb, right click and uninstall. I lost all files but i recovered the device.

Just go to settings in the music player. In the MTP option, change it to USB... Problem solved happy
